About Navlytix

Navlytix is an aviation analytics platform built to demonstrate how data and economics drive airline decision-making. It brings together three core analytical tools used by commercial and strategy teams across the industry: route economics modelling, fleet strategy comparison, and network visualisation.

The project was built by Louie Blanchard, an aspiring airline executive with a passion for the commercial side of aviation. Louie also writes aviation and airline industry analysis at blanchardaviation.com.

All tools use publicly available data sources including MBIE aviation statistics, OurAirports, OpenFlights, and published manufacturer specifications. No proprietary data is required.
