By accessing or using Navlytix ("the Service") at navlytix.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered account holders.

2. Description of Service

Navlytix is an aviation analytics platform providing tools for route economics modelling, fleet strategy analysis, network visualisation, and flight data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. Outputs from Navlytix tools are estimates based on publicly available data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial or operational decisions.

3. User Accounts

Some features of Navlytix require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Navlytix to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Navlytix — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and tool outputs — is the property of Navlytix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Data displayed within tools is sourced from third-party providers and public datasets. We make no claim of ownership over underlying aviation data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analysis, or outputs produced by the tools.

Aviation data (flight status, schedules, delays, weather) is retrieved from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time or accurate conditions. Do not use Navlytix for safety-critical or operational flight planning purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navlytix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Navlytix may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.
